PM-PRO Add-On for SAP

PM-PRO offers a broad variety of benefits to businesses utilizing precious metals or controlled substances. It adds a series of double-sided accounts to standard SAP and allows for the precise tracking and accurate valuation of precious metals in all areas of an operation, including external locations with fabricators, subcontractors or metal refiners.

PM-PRO also enables sales and customer services to quote and invoice products or services including precious metals, regardless if they are purchased, leased or withdrawn from a metal pool account. It also allows for the correct calculation of surcharges both monetary or in weight. Pool account statements can be prepared at desired intervals. In combination with SAP’s Portal Solution these statements can also be made available online.

Trading, Finance and Controlling are additional areas benefitting from PM-PRO. PM-PRO allows for more accurate planning and budgeting of metals by including preicous metals tied up in alloys or recovery, and by strictly separating customer metal from owned or leased metal.
